RSPhysSE Skycam Page

Skycam is an automatic camera mounted on the top of the Nuclear Physics Accelerator tower, designed to make a time lapse movie of the demolition of the Roundhouse and construction of the new laboratory wing. The camera takes a shot every 12 minutes day and night though much of the footage has been edited out of the sequences below. The original images are high resolution (approximately 3million pixels) but are reduced for video.
